Membership:
- How do I become a Peak Reserve Member?
Membership is open to Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids, Ball Arena Suite Leasers and Denver Nuggets Premium Members who are over the age of 21 and are up to date on their season ticket payments.
- Is there a fee to join Peak Reserve?
No, membership in Peak Reserve is included with Membership.
- What are the Peak Reserve Member benefits?
Members of Peak Reserve will save on a hand selected bottles ordered through our site, in addition to periodic seasonal offers throughout the year. Peak Reserve Members will also have priority access to reservations at the new The Hilt Estate tasting room and opportunities for events and experiences with our winemaking team.
- Are complimentary tastings included in my membership?
At this time complimentary tastings are not included in the Peak Reserve membership.
- What if I want to cancel my Peak Reserve membership?
Please reach out to your Peak member services representative.
- How long does my membership last?
Your membership will renew yearly along with your Membership for your Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Ball Arena Suite Leasers or Colorado Rapids Premium Seating.
Purchasing, shipping, and returns:
- How does purchasing work?
When you decide to purchase wine through Peak Reserve, you will be able to build customized mixed cases from our three sister wineries: JONATA, The Hilt, and The Paring. Feel free to mix and match reds, whites, and estates as you see fit!
- What is considered a “full case?”
A full case of wine contains 12 bottles.
- When will my Peak Reserve membership discount be applied to my order?
Your discount will be applied at checkout.
- What is the amount of my Peak Reserve membership discount?
Your membership discount can vary based on your Peak Reserve membership type. Please check with your Peak service representative.
- How much will I pay for shipping?
Peak Reserve members will only pay $1 for shipping on full cases within the state of California. We are also pleased to offer flat rate shipping of $20 for orders of 3-11 bottles when shipped within California. Standard shipping rates will apply for orders of 1-2 bottles. Domestic shipping rates outside the state of the California may vary. International shipping is excluded from these rates and additional costs will apply.
- Can I have my wine shipped anywhere?
Almost. Peak Reserve wine cannot be shipped to the following states: Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, or West Virginia.
- Are there any other requirements to ship or accept my wine?
Yes, someone age 21+ will need to be present at delivery to sign for your shipment.
- What if I need to return wine that is corked or otherwise spoiled?
Please reach out to your Peak service representative for returns and note that you may be asked to return the cork of a spoiled wine, so don’t toss it!
- Can I pick up my club shipment at the winery?
We do not offer a will-call option at this time.
